Education-
CONCEPT: The issue of education will focus on ensuring the quality of education through formal and non-formal education as education provides a dignified living to an individual. It will focus on adult education, vocational education, and life skill education, education to livelihood and ecological & environmental education. It will promote education as a right of an individual to enable them to acquire skills in basic literacy and reading.
Objective: To promote integrated and sustainable education among various stakeholders.

Health-
CONCEPT: Karunya Trust promotes holistic health focusing on the physical, psychological, spiritual and emotional health of the community. It will sensitize and generate awareness on the existing health facilities and health care issues and also to promote health seeking behaviour among the community. Another focus is on HIV/AIDS which aims to improve the quality of life of the people living with HIV/AIDS and their families through a comprehensive care and support program.
Objective: To promote preventive, sustainable, curative health care and services through holistic approach.

Livelihood-
CONCEPT:
The issue of livelihood focuses on addressing the food and income security of the poor and vulnerable communities residing at the target areas. It will enable them to focus on food and income security promotion, support sustainable agricultural practices; income generation programmes through livestock management, catering units, and small agricultural nurseries etc. It will also promote preservation and conservation of natural resources.
Objective: To promote sustainable, livelihood interventions depending on people's needs and capacities.

Good Governance-
CONCEPT: The constitutional amendments 73rd and 74th has created more opportunities for tribals and women in particular. It has high potential to bring necessary social change favouring the needs of the poor. The focus is to create awareness and educate the people to perform their duties and responsibilities efficiently .Also to develop lay leadership among the target population and enable them to demand for schemes and benefits available from the government.
Objective: To promote good governance at local level.
