Karunya Trust is a registered public charitable trust based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, working for the education, health, livelihood, and overall development of underprivileged communities. 2. Use of the Website
This website is provided for informational purposes and to enable donations to support our work. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.
3. Donations
- All donations to Karunya Trust are voluntary contributions made to support our charitable objectives.
- Donations are used to further our programmes and activities. Unless you specify a particular programme, we may allocate funds to the areas of greatest need.
- Donations made to Karunya Trust are eligible for a deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to the conditions and limits specified therein. A donation receipt will be issued for your contribution.
- You confirm that the funds you donate are from lawful sources and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
4. Payments
Online donations are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a donation. We are not responsible for any failure, delay, or error caused by the payment gateway, your bank, or your network, though we will assist you in resolving genuine issues.
